OUR TECHNOLOGY

Intelligence for Interactive Worlds

Evermoot is developing an integrated foundation for games and simulations where worlds retain context, characters respond according to their identities, and stories evolve through meaningful interactions.

Four connected technologies support the creation and evolution of adaptive interactive experiences.

One Integrated Foundation

From collaborative development to intelligent runtime experiences.

Architecture overview. Gather, the development layer, connects downward to three equal runtime intelligence technologies: ARK, MYNDSET and POE. These exchange information with one another and together feed Games and Interactive Experiences. This represents the intended integrated architecture, not a claim that every capability is production-ready.

The Technologies Behind the Experience

Four complementary technologies, each addressing a different challenge in creating intelligent interactive worlds.

GATHER — BUILD

Where Human Creativity Meets AI Collaboration

Gather is Evermoot’s AI-powered development environment, bringing human creators and specialized AI agents together to build games and interactive experiences

Through collaborative studios, intelligent task orchestration, and connected development tools, Gather coordinates the creative and technical processes behind game production

Our goal is to empower smaller teams to create bigger, more ambitious experiences while keeping human imagination and creative direction at the center of development

ARK — RUN

The Intelligence Behind Living Worlds

ARK (Agentic Reality Kit) is Evermoot’s runtime intelligence framework, designed to power interactive worlds that understand their environments, maintain continuity, and respond dynamically to player actions.

Through interconnected systems for world context, intelligent actors, and persistent memory, ARK provides the foundation for adaptive gameplay, meaningful consequences, and emergent experiences.

Our goal is to create worlds that do more than react to players — worlds that remember, adapt, and evolve through their interactions.

Three Systems. One Living World.

  • MOIRAIIntelligent ActorsCharacters, behavior, and decisions
  • AIONMemory & TimeHistory, continuity, and change

Every Action Changes the World

An ongoing cycle of context, decisions, and consequences

  1. 01 — ObserveUnderstand the current world state
  2. 02 — InterpretEvaluate context and relationships
  3. 03 — RespondDetermine actions and outcomes
  4. 04 — RememberPreserve changes and continuity
The World EvolvesEach outcome becomes part of the context for future interactions.

MYNDSET — ACT

The Intelligence Behind Individual Behavior

MYNDSET (my neural data set) is Evermoot’s behavioral intelligence modeling framework, designed to represent how individuals and groups think, communicate, make decisions, and respond to the world around them.

Through interconnected models of personality, values, motivations, cognitive processes, and decision-making, MYNDSET provides a foundation for consistent, personalized, and context-aware behavior across intelligent agents and interactive experiences.

Our goal is to create intelligent characters and agents that do more than follow instructions — they act according to who they are, what they value, and what they have experienced.

What Makes an Individual Unique?

Five interconnected dimensions of behavioral intelligence

MYNDSETIndividual Behavioral Model
  1. 01 — PersonalityTraits, temperament, emotional tendencies
  2. 02 — Values & MotivationBeliefs, goals, rewards, fears
  3. 03 — Cognitive StyleReasoning, learning, creative approach
  4. 04 — CommunicationExpression, explanation, interaction
  5. 05 — Decision & MemoryChoices, behavioral policies, identity stability

Same Situation. Different Decisions.

Individual identity influences how agents respond to shared circumstances

Shared SituationA stranger asks for help during a crisis
  • Agent AValues compassion and cooperationOffers assistancePrioritizes helping the stranger
  • Agent BValues caution and self-preservationAssesses the riskSeeks more information before acting
Different Identities. Different Responses.Behavior emerges from individual characteristics interacting with context.

POE — TELL

Where Possibilities Become Stories

POE (Predictive Outcome Engine) is Evermoot’s predictive intelligence framework, designed to anticipate possible outcomes and transform them into personalized narratives for games, simulations, and interactive experiences.

By combining contextual information, behavioral intelligence, and probabilistic outcome modeling, POE evaluates how situations may unfold and generates stories that reflect the decisions, relationships, and consequences within an evolving world.

Our goal is to create experiences where stories are not simply predetermined — they emerge from what characters believe, what players choose, and what the world makes possible.

From Context to Possibility

How POE evaluates possible futures

  • WORLD CONTEXTCurrent state, events, and constraints
  • BEHAVIORAL CONTEXTCharacter motivations, values, and relationships
POE — Predictive Outcome EngineEvaluate plausible outcomes and their uncertainty
  • CooperationPossible
  • ConflictPossible
  • WithdrawalPossible
Personalized NarrativeA story grounded in plausible outcomes and character context

One Decision. Many Possible Stories.

A personalized narrative scenario

THE SCENARIOA village discovers that a trusted guardian has been hiding a dangerous secret. The player must decide whether to expose the truth, confront the guardian privately, or protect the secret.
  • 01 — ExposeThe village learns the truth, but trust fractures.
  • 02 — ConfrontThe guardian may confess, negotiate, or resist.
  • 03 — ProtectThe secret survives, creating future obligations.
The Story ContinuesCharacters respond, relationships change, and new possibilities emerge.

Learning From Outcomes

Measuring prediction quality over time

  1. 01 — PredictGenerate a probabilistic forecast
  2. 02 — ObserveRecord the actual outcome
  3. 03 — EvaluateMeasure prediction quality
Brier Score
A measure of the accuracy of probabilistic predictions.

POE can evaluate probabilistic predictions against observed outcomes using the Brier Score, supporting more reliable confidence estimates as evidence accumulates.

Brier Score = (Predicted Probability − Actual Outcome)²

The actual outcome is represented as 1 if the event occurs and 0 if it does not.

For binary predictions, the score ranges from 0 to 1, with lower scores indicating better prediction accuracy.

A Living World in Action

One decision. Four interconnected technologies.

This is an illustrative scenario describing the intended technology architecture.

The Medicine Dilemma

A player steals medicine from a village storehouse to save a sick companion.

The decision affects more than the player’s inventory. It introduces a new event into the world, changes how characters interpret the player, and creates possibilities for future conflict or cooperation.

  • GATHER — BUILD

Human developers and AI agents collaborate to create the village, its characters, and gameplay systems.

  • ARK — RUN

The world records the missing medicine, the sick companion, and the consequences of the theft.

  • MYNDSET — ACT

The healer, merchant, and village guard interpret the event differently according to their identities and motivations.

  • POE — TELL

Possible developments include forgiveness, investigation, or conflict, informing personalized narrative continuations.

The Result

The player doesn’t simply complete a quest. Their decision can become part of the world’s history, influence character behavior, and shape what happens next.

What We’re Building Toward
